Amine Gas Sweetening MDEA Circulation High Speed Centrifugal Pump API 610 OH6
MDEA DEA Amine Circulation
,Gas Sweetening Service Duty
,API 610 OH6 High Speed
Product Description
Gas sweetening units live or die by circulation reliability. The rich amine loop that removes H2S and CO2 through an MDEA or DEA amine circulation service must move large volumes against high pressure without cavitation or seal leaks, or the entire treating train trips.
This amine gas sweetening pump is purpose-built as an integrally geared API 610 OH6 high speed centrifugal pump. A precision-ground gearbox and low-NPSHr inducer keep the lean amine circulation stable across the full flow range, while double and tandem seal arrangements manage wet H2S contact safely.
Because amine solutions can be corrosive and foaming-prone, wetted parts are available in 316 stainless steel with hardened seal faces and smooth internal passages that minimize shear. Vertical layout saves plot space and keeps suction head favorable, protecting NPSH margin in congested treating areas.
Every unit is produced under ISO 9001 control, dynamically balanced, hydro-tested and performance-checked. Full material and test documentation supports easy integration into sour gas and refinery sweetening projects where compliance and uptime are non-negotiable.
