제품 설명
Lean Amine Circulation High Speed Centrifugal Pump
Purpose-designed for continuous lean amine circulation in gas sweetening units, this high speed centrifugal pump handles MDEA, DEA, and MEA amine solutions with exceptional reliability. The API 610 OH6 design with 316L stainless steel or duplex metallurgy resists amine degradation products and heat-stable salt corrosion.

Amine-Specific Engineering Features
- Anti-Fouling Hydraulic Design: Smooth flow paths and generous internal clearances prevent amine salt deposition and fouling on impeller and diffuser surfaces.
- Rich/Lean Heat Management: Jacketed pump casing and seal chamber warming provisions prevent thermal shock and amine salt precipitation during startup and shutdown.
- Corrosion Barrier: All wetted surfaces have controlled ferrite content (FN 5-15) to resist amine stress corrosion cracking and H2S-assisted degradation.
- Low-Shear Impeller: Hydraulic design minimizes amine solution foaming tendency, maintaining sweetening unit absorption efficiency.
Process Applications
Lean amine charge to absorber columns, rich amine booster to regenerator, amine filtration loop circulation, and solvent make-up transfer in natural gas processing plants, refinery amine treating units, and biogas upgrading facilities.
