The design core of the LMV 322 is its single-stage high-speed hydraulic model. By integrating a speed-increasing gearbox to raise the rotational speed to the process requirement point, it achieves an ultra-high head of 1,828 m (6,000 ft) while delivering a flow rate of 114 m³/h (500 gpm). In liquid transfer, tank level fluctuations often lead to insufficient Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH). Our LMV 322 can be optionally equipped with a Sunstrand high-efficiency inducer, which significantly reduces NPSHr (Required NPSH), ensuring smooth transfer of volatile chemical media even under low suction pressure.

In hydrocracking or hydrotreating units, the process medium is typically under high pressure (>10 MPa) and often at elevated temperatures.
